OFFICE HOURS:
These are the times we answer the phones. We do not use a message machine after hours, except over the weekend.

• Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Friday – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

WILL CALL:
The will call desk is open the same hours as listed above, but is closed from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM, Monday-Friday for lunch.

• Will call minimum order: $100.
• Will call orders should be placed by noon the day before the order is to be picked up at Provvista. Our order cut off (for add-ons) for next-day will call orders is 3:00 PM.

TO PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER:
In order to be considered a delivery customer we require regular weekly orders and that your business be in close proximity to one of our established delivery routes. Please speak with our sales manager, Ben Savery, if you have any questions.

• Please note: We do not deliver to residential addresses.
• Please call or fax your order by noon the day before it is to be delivered.
• Our order cut off (for add-ons) for next-day service is 3:00 PM.
• For Monday delivery, orders may be called in Friday, sent via fax (503-228-7979), or left on voicemail over the weekend. Provvista does not accept orders via fax or voicemail Monday through Thursday evenings.

DELIVERIES:
The following is a schedule of delivery routes. Minimum order for all areas is $200. Routes -

• Beaverton/Lake Oswego - Tuesday/Thursday
• Bend/Sisters (1) - Wednesday/Thursday
• Coast (2) - Every other Friday
• Columbia Gorge - Wednesday
• Eugene (3), (4) - Tuesday/Thursday
• Portland Metro (5) - Monday – Friday
• Salem, Corvallis, Albany - Every other Friday
• Vancouver, WA - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
• Wine Country - Wednesday

SHIPPING:
Shipping minimum order: $100.

• We endeavor to ship all orders within 2 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping duration or delivery time.
• Actual shipping cost plus a $10 minimum handling fee will be added to all orders.
• A charge of $5.00 (up to a maximum of $50) will be added for each additional box requiring refrigeration or special handling (fragile, glass, etc.).
• Refrigerated items – with UPS Ground and/or Oak Harbor, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Therefore, generally speaking, we will not ship refrigerated items any later than Wednesday. If necessary, expedited shipment (Next Day Air) is available.

• Oregon, Most Washington - Monday/Wednesday
• Montana, Idaho, California, Some Washington - Friday/Tuesday

TERMS:

• All orders are C.O.D. unless prior credit arrangements have been made.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
• There will be a $31 charge for all returned checks.
• Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
• Claims for damage or shortage must be made at time of receipt.
• A 10% restocking fee may be applied on any returned product.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS:
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please call a salesperson to arrange a credit. Our drivers are instructed NEVER to pick up an item without a credit document. In most cases, we will pick up returns the next time we are delivering to your business.

SALES ASSISTANCE:
If you would like to arrange an appointment with a salesperson, please call at least one day in advance. We regret that we do not have the staff to accommodate walk-in or last-minute visitors. Please speak with Ben Savery to schedule an appointment.
