"Ahh, Spring…a time of change and renewal. It is a time to look away from the cold, dark, wet winter and look forward to a warm, bright, and…ok…still wet season. As the weather slowly decides what it wants to do, our tastes turn to the flavors we associate with spring. Sure, the farmers markets are starting to open, and menus all over town are changing. But what I really mean is, it is a time to put away that winter-warming whiskey and grab a tall Collins glass, a lime, your favorite gin, and a 4-pack of Fever Tree Tonic Water. It’s G & T time friends, and the old classic has a new seriousness to it. After all, you just paid $30 for that premium gin. You could pick a mixer with corn sweetener and artificial flavors. But to preserve the integrity of that $30 gin, I’d only use Fever Tree. Imported from England, Fever Tree uses spring water, real cane sugar, real botanical oils, and quinine from the eponymous Fever Tree. Hey…you just spent 8 hours getting your garden bed-ready…you deserve a break!
