"This is something I will NEVER do without in my kitchen. It’s a rich, sweet, yet perfectly acidic, syrupy vinegar that works magically in many combinations. I’ve used it to finish pasta dishes, drizzled over fresh strawberries, or to aid in an amazing caprese salad. Recently I brought home a chunk of Parmesan and my daughter, Keelan, and I stood in the kitchen for about ten minutes, eating shavings of cheese topped with it and discussing the beauty of the pairing. I’ll even confess to just having a spoonful from time to time. What I love beyond the quality and flavor is supporting a very small, family business and an old tradition. The company does such a great job with their packaging that I think most would be surprised at how small this business really is. We’re lucky to have it here!"
